01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl3jl ("jl3jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the jl3jl website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the jl3jl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all users of the jl3jl Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the Platform in any manner.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jl3jl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jl3jl.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jl3jl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jl3jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jl3jl Platform or any affiliated platform.

By registering on jl3jl, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements listed above. jl3jl reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the jl3jl Platform, you must register for an account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jl3jl. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl3jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jl3jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: jl3jl may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account actions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jl3jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on jl3jl is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used.
• jl3jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jl3jl account balance immediately or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method. jl3jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and vary by player tier and payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jl3jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day.
• jl3jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your jl3jl account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jl3jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl3jl reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• jl3jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance without compensation.

06 Gameplay & Fair Play

jl3jl is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following terms govern gameplay on the jl3jl Platform:

• All games available on jl3jl are provided by certified third-party game providers whose products are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates are accurate and verified.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl3jl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stake to the player's account balance. jl3jl's decision in such matters is final.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit-based strategies.
• All bets placed on jl3jl are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except where expressly permitted by the specific game rules.
• jl3jl reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is determined to have been affected by a technical error, data feed error, or any other irregularity.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl3jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on jl3jl.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime using the jl3jl Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the jl3jl Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl3jl staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to jl3jl.
• Using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.

08 Responsible Gaming

jl3jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment, never a financial solution or a compulsion. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in place on jl3jl:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts to control their spending.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gaming is becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the jl3jl Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl3jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of jl3jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl3jl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jl3jl Platform without the prior written consent of jl3jl.
• The jl3jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jl3jl. You may not use any jl3jl trademark without prior written permission.

10 Privacy & Data

jl3jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jl3jl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• jl3jl collects personal data necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• jl3jl does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• jl3jl implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by jl3jl, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl3jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl3jl Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, technical failures, or system downtime.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or account information.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment processors or game providers.

jl3jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl3jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

jl3jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the player.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Funds associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may request voluntary closure of your jl3jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jl3jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jl3jl Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

jl3jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl3jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jl3jl Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
